PARTANNA, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Nocellara del Belice olives. It is used daily by the Asaro Family, awarded a “Best of class” and a “Gold Medal” at the 2006 L.A. County Fair. This extra virgin, is monocultural, made only with one type of olives so the oil has a consistent taste, comes from the first pressing of the olives, contains no more than 0.8% acidity, and is judged to have a superior taste and color.
