Finlandia Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients :
1 egg
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 slice ham
2 slices bacon
1 slice Finlandia Swiss Cheese or Finlandia Muenster Cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted and buttered
Instructions :
Poach egg until just cooked. While egg is cooking, melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms for several minutes. Add ham and bacon and cook until done. Place egg on toasted slice of bread and top with mushrooms, ham, bacon, slice of Finlandia cheese and remaining piece of toast.
Portabello Lover's Dream

Ingredients :
1 Portabello mushroom
2 slices focaccia bread
3 Tbs plain yogurt
Lemon juice
Finlandia Swiss Cheese or Finlandia Muenster Cheese
Marinade (lemon, soy sauce, pepper)
Sprouts
Romaine Lettuce
Sliced tomato
Banana peppers, sliced
Instructions :
Place mushroom in marinade and let stand for 1 hour or more. Place marinated mushroom on grill or use stovetop frying pan to cook mushroom until soft. Mix yogurt with some lemon juice and spread mixture on 1 slice of focaccia. Place Portabello on bread and top with sprouts, lettuce, tomato, peppers and Finlandia Swiss or Finlandia Muenster. If desired, melt cheese on Portabello while cooking.
Grilled Muenster, Bacon & Tomato Sandwich
Serve: 2
Ingredients :
4 generous slices of Finlandia Muenster cheese,
2 slices of large, round sourdough bread,
1 ripe tomato,
3 slices of cooked and crisp bacon,
4 tablespoon Butter,
1 dill pickel sliced.
Instructions :
Melt part butter in skillet over low heat.
Make sandwich beginning with cheese, tomato and bacon.
Saute one side until browned.
Remove sandwich and add remaining butter.
Melt and return sandwich uncooked side down.
Saute.
Cheese & Prawn Salad
Serve: 3-4
Ingredients :
200 grams of diced Finlandia Muenster,
2 stalks celery - diced,
1/2 lb. Cooked shrimp - large dice,
1 green apple - diced,
3 cups shredded lettuce,
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill.
Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream,
1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder,
2 teaspoons herbed salt.
Crushed peanuts as garnished.
Instructions :
Combine all salad in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with crushed nuts on top.
Herb Cheese Crock
Ingredients :
300 grams Finlandia Muenster,
250 grams mild Cheddar,
3 tablespoons brandy,
1/8 teaspoon sweet basil,crushed,
1/16 teaspoon dry dill,
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard,
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons soft butter.
Instructions :
Shred or coarse-grate the cheeses.
Put into a mixing bowl with remaing ingredients.
Beat until well blended.
Turn into crock or serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least and hour.
Remove and alow to return to room temperature before serving to develop flavour.
Serve with assorted crackers and bread.
