GORGONZOLA POTATO PIE
Ingredients :
2 lbs. Potatoes
1/2 cup gorgonzola (thinly sliced)
5 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper
Instructions :
1. Boil and mash potatoes.
2. Butter a baking dish and evenly spread half of mashed
potatoes into it.
3. Cover with thin slices of gorgonzola.
4. Cover with remaining mashed potatoes.
5. Place bits of butter on top and bake at 290°F for 8 minutes.
Gorgonzola Dip
Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions :
1. Combine the gorgonzola and the sour cream and blend until
smooth and even.
2. Add the parsley, Worcestershire sauce and if desired the
minced garlic.
3. Mix well and serve with crackers, chips or raw vegetables
