BelGioioso

Burrata

Burrata is a specialty from the Region of Puglia. Originally it was made with Buffalo Milk, but today it is made with cow’s milk, - combining the milk from the evening and the morning milking.
The exterior of the cheese is “pasta filata” – which we know as mozzarella. The interior is filled with fresh cream and shavings of fresh mozzarella.
Pack: It is wrapped with leaves from the local plant called “vizzo”.
This delicious cheese is very fresh and should be consumed within 15 days of production.
Available: 2 types: classic burrata / fresh cream & mozzarella
classic burrata with the addition of truffles
Individually wrapped in a sealed plastic tray.

BelGioioso Unwrap & Roll Fresh Mozzarella

  • BelGioioso's award-winning fresh Mozzarella formed into thin, ready-to-used sheet.
  • Create your own signature rolls in minutes with pesto, fresh herbs, cured meats, artichoke hearts, or grilled vegetables.
  • Slice into 1/4" pieces and arrange on a platter for an easy appetizer or an all-natural snack.

Auribella

Aged for a minimum of six months, this semi-hard table cheese, made entirely from whole cow's milk, boasts a unique texture and robust flavour. Excellent when served as a snack, appetizer, or dessert (with fresh fruit), or crumbled into salads, stuffings, and some of your favourite recipes.

Gorgonzola

One of the most famous of the Italian cheeses, Gorgonzola is a very soft, blue-green, veined cheese that originated in the town of the same name. Gorgonzola is made with cow's milk, and the small holes in the rind allow air to penetrate, thus facilitating the mold to grow. "BelGioioso" Gorgonzola has a soft, creamy texture with a full, earthy flavour, much like the imported product. It is ideal for melting into different sauces to top pastas, beef, chicken, and vegetables; and it makes a delicious spread by itself or when mixed with Mascarpone. When combined with mustard and olive oil, the result is a tasty salad dressing.
