Our Black Truffle Cheese is made with the finest Italian Black Summer Truffles, an “Old World” gourmet delicacy. This cheese is a unique addition to any cheese platter and pairs very well with earthy full-bodies red wines. It is also excellent in many egg, pasta and vegetable dishes. It also makes a remarkable cheese fondue.
