Antipasto Gitano

A savoury mix ideal with vegeatbles, mushrooms, peppers, articokes, black and green olives, salt, sunflower seed oil ans flavours. Mix of vegatables in oil without vinegar, ideal to garnish bruschette, for buffet and side-dishes. Perfect for pasta dishes or rice salads. The assence of vinegar make this savoury mix perfect to garnish pizza.

Serving suggestions:
Pasta dish with Anitpasto Gitano and olive oil and pizza with tomato pulp, cheese and antipasto gitano.

Arrabbiata Sauce

Produced at the height of the tomato season with the best tomatoes. olive oil, fresh vegetables, and herbs. Hot red peppers give this sauce its characteristic spicy flavour.

Serving suggestions:
A sauce for types of pasta such as penne, small macaroni, etc. Its spicy and strong taste gives a delicious flavour to all pasta recipes.

Artichoke "Alla Romana"

Artichokes with stems, prepared with olive oil, sunflower oil, white wine, parsley, and herbs.

Serving suggestions:
Ideal as a side dish and for preparing tasty hors d'oeuvres.

Artichokes À La Giudia

Large fresh artichokes with stems, prepared with olive oil, sunflower oil, white wine, parsley, and herbs.

Serving suggestions:
Excellent as a side dish prepared au gratin or fried, and as an hors-d'oeuvre.

Artichoke Hearts Sauce for Pasta Dishes

Artichoke hearts in thin slices, cooked with fresh vegetables, sunflower oil, salt, and herbs.

Serving suggestions:
Ideal with rice and pastas—tagliatelle, penne, and garganelli. Delicious on scaloppinis, canapés, quiches and pies, vol-au-vents, pizzas, and in sandwiches.

Char-Grilled Artichokes

Pickled Baby Onions In Balsamic Vinegar

Baby onions of Boretto prepared in a sweet and sour sauce using balsamic vinegar.

"Pizzicosa" Sauce

Fresh vegetables (onions,peppers, carrots, fennels, radish, celery, gherkins, cauliflowers) cooked with wine, vinegar, hot pepper, paprika, spices, tomato and sunflower oil to obtain a lasty and spicy sauce.

Serving suggestions:
Spicy sauce with an intense and aromatic flavour. Ideal for red meats or sandwiches with ham or vegetables. Ideal for canapes, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizzas, French toast etc. Excellent served as a cold buffet dish, served with grilled neats or hamburgers. It contains fresh vegetables and the seasoning of these vegetables gives to the sauce an intense and refined natural taste. The spicy aftertaste doesn't cover the flavours of recipes, but it enhances them making it palatable also for demanding consumers.

Polpavera La Saporosa

Delicious, ready-to-use tomato pulp produced at the height of the tomato season with peeled and sliced fresh tomatoes with salt and pepper. Does not contain water or preservatives.

Use and Serving suggestions:
Finely chopped tomato pulp. Ready to use and perfect for pizzas. It is also very good with bruchette (toasted slices of bread with seasonings) and all Mediterranean sauces that require tomato pulp.

"Pomodorina" Neapolitan Sauce

A special tomato sauce prepared with fresh chopped tomatoes and a great variety of fresh vegetables, herbs and sunflower oil. This sauce us produced at the height of the tomato season with only the best tomatoes.

Semi-dried tomatoes ("soleggiati")

Round tomatoes in segments, salted and lightly sundried, in garlic and oregano flavoured oil. Of sweet and delicate taste, without vinegar.
