Herb Cheese Crock

Ingredients :
300 grams Finlandia Muenster,
250 grams mild Cheddar,
3 tablespoons brandy,
1/8 teaspoon sweet basil,crushed,
1/16 teaspoon dry dill,
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard,
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons soft butter.



Instructions :
Shred or coarse-grate the cheeses. Put into a mixing bowl with remaing ingredients. Beat until well blended. Turn into crock or serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least and hour. Remove and alow to return to room temperature before serving to develop flavour. Serve with assorted crackers and bread.
